acd4d acts as the Data Controller for all Personal Data collected through the Platform. acd4d collects Personal Data through several channels: directly from you during registration and account use, automatically through your interaction with the Platform, and in limited circumstances from third-party sources for identity verification and fraud prevention. The categories of Personal Data we collect are described below.

3.1 — Registration & Account Data

When you register an account on the acd4d Platform, we collect: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, phone number, and your chosen account username. This data is required to create and administer your account. Without it, we cannot provide the service.

6.1 — Payment Service Providers

We share the minimum financial and identity data necessary with Indonesian payment service providers — including partner banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata) and e-wallet operators (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) — to process your deposits and withdrawals. These providers act as Data Processors under written agreements that restrict data use to payment processing purposes only.

6.2 — Game Studio Technology Providers

We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and respond in full within 30 calendar days. Where a request is complex or we receive a high volume of requests, this period may be extended by a further 30 days, with prior notification to you.

The acd4d Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years or over. acd4d does not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under the age of 21. If we become aware that Personal Data has been provided by a person under 21, we will immediately suspend the relevant account, delete the associated Personal Data as far as legally permissible, and return any deposited funds to the originating payment method.

We strongly encourage parents and guardians to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms. acd4d's primary data infrastructure is operated by service providers whose servers may be located in jurisdictions outside Indonesia. These safeguards include contractual clauses that bind recipient data processors to acd4d's data protection standards, restricted access protocols, and end-to-end encryption for all data in transit. By using the acd4d Platform, you acknowledge that your Personal Data may be transferred, stored, and processed in jurisdictions outside Indonesia as described in this Clause.

Opting out of marketing communications will not affect your ability to receive transactional communications — such as deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, security alerts, or support correspondence — which are sent on the basis of contractual necessity and cannot be disabled while your account is active.

acd4d reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, our data processing activities, or Platform functionality. Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or the way we process your Personal Data — we will provide at least 7 calendar days' notice by posting a prominent notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by emailing registered members at their registered address.

Minor amendments — such as typographical corrections, clarifications of existing practices, or updates to reflect new game studio partnerships — may take effect immediately without advance notice. The version number and last-updated date displayed at the top of this document reflects the most recent amendment. We encourage you to review this Policy each time you access the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
