In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines applicable to specific games or promotions published on the Platform. These documents together form the entire agreement between you and acd4d.

If you access the Platform on behalf of a third party or use a payment method belonging to a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms & Conditions. acd4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of a third party's payment method.

acd4d reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions regularly.

Use of the acd4d Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. acd4d strictly enforces a 21+ policy and will request age verification documentation at any time. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be suspended immediately and all funds returned to the payment method used for deposit, less any winnings generated.
• You must be accessing the Platform as a private individual acting on your own behalf and not as a representative of any business, syndicate, or commercial gambling operation.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of acd4d or any of its affiliated technology or payment partners.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, whether registered through acd4d's own responsible gaming tools or through any other platform or programme to which acd4d subscribes.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

acd4d does not make any representations as to the legality of online gaming in any particular jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction before proceeding. By accessing the Platform, you represent and warrant that doing so is lawful in your location.

4.1 — Single Account Policy

Each Member is permitted to hold one Account only on the acd4d Platform. Opening or attempting to open more than one Account — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions. acd4d reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts without notice and to forfeit any funds held within them, including both deposited funds and winnings.

4.2 — Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the lifetime of your Account. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, address, phone number, or payment method ownership — is grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

4.3 — Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. acd4d strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication, which is available at no charge through the Account security settings. You must notify acd4d immediately via live chat if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. acd4d will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

4.4 — KYC Verification

Before processing any withdrawal request, acd4d requires all Members to complete a KYC verification process. This includes, but is not limited to, providing a government-issued photo ID (KTP or passport), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. acd4d may request additional documentation at any time. Delays in providing requested documentation may result in withdrawal processing delays. acd4d will never ask for your Account password as part of the KYC process.

4.5 — Account Inactivity

An Account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, wager, or withdrawal has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. acd4d reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of Rp 50.000 per month to the Wallet balance of inactive Accounts after prior notification via the registered email address. If the Wallet balance reaches zero, the Account may be archived. Archived Accounts may be reinstated upon request via the 24/7 live chat support team, subject to re-completion of KYC verification.

5.1 — Accepted Payment Methods

acd4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian financial channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated exclusively in IDR. acd4d does not accept deposits from third-party accounts; the payment method used for deposit must be registered in your own name and must match the name on your acd4d Account.

5.2 — Deposit Limits & Processing

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no fixed maximum single-deposit limit; however, acd4d reserves the right to apply transaction monitoring thresholds in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations. Deposits via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay) are typically credited to your Wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits are credited within minutes of confirmed receipt by the relevant banking institution.

5.3 — Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Members during standard processing windows are typically completed within 15 minutes for all major Indonesian bank transfers and e-wallets. acd4d does not charge a fee for withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which acd4d accepts no liability. Withdrawal processing times may be extended during peak periods, system maintenance windows, or when additional verification is required under Clause 4.4.

5.4 — Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are only permitted to a payment method previously used to deposit into the same Account, or to a new method registered in the verified Member's own name. acd4d reserves the right to require additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that triggers internal fraud or anti-money laundering review criteria. Funds credited from Bonus promotions are subject to the wagering requirements set out in Clause 6 before they may be withdrawn.

5.5 — Failed or Disputed Transactions

If a deposit does not appear in your Wallet within the expected processing window, contact the acd4d 24/7 live chat team immediately, providing your transaction reference number and the relevant bank or e-wallet confirmation. acd4d will investigate and resolve confirmed failed deposits within 24 hours of receiving sufficient evidence. acd4d is not liable for delays caused by the Member's own financial institution.

6.1 — General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and VIP rewards offered by acd4d are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time of claiming, in addition to these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general bonus terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail.

6.2 — Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before any withdrawal request can be processed. For example, a Rp 100.000 deposit bonus requires Rp 1.000.000 in total wagers before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is clearly stated on the promotion page. Real-money deposits are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to the conditions in Clause 5.4.

6.3 — Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, the following contribution rates apply: slots — 100%; live casino table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) — 10%; sportsbook pre-match bets — 100% (minimum odds 1.50); sportsbook live bets — 50%; togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws — 20%; Live Dragon Tiger — 10%. acd4d reserves the right to exclude specific games from wagering requirement contribution, as noted on the promotion page.

6.4 — Bonus Abuse

acd4d employs automated and manual review systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times, systematically exploiting promotional mechanics to generate guaranteed risk-free returns, using software or scripts to place wagers, and colluding with other Members. Any Member found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their Account suspended, all Bonus Funds forfeited, and the matter may be referred for further investigation.

6.5 — Bonus Expiry

All Bonus Funds and associated free spin credits expire 7 calendar days from the date of crediting unless a different expiry period is stated on the relevant promotion page. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically removed from the Wallet and cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

All games and betting markets available on the acd4d Platform are governed by the individual game rules published within each game or market interface. It is the Member's responsibility to read and understand the rules of each game before placing a wager. acd4d's role is to provide access to games and markets; the underlying game logic and random number generation is provided by licensed third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Pocket Games Soft.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or bet, the result recorded in acd4d's server-side transaction logs shall be the definitive record. acd4d's decision in all disputes is final, subject to the complaints procedure set out in Clause 16. Void bets and cancelled game rounds will have stakes returned to the Member's Wallet without delay.

acd4d reserves the right to void any wager placed on a market that was published in error, with incorrect odds, or during a system malfunction. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Member's Wallet in full. No compensation will be payable for expected winnings on voided bets.

Maximum win limits per single bet or game round may apply. Where a maximum win limit is in force, it will be clearly displayed in the relevant game or market interface before the wager is placed. Winnings that exceed the stated maximum win limit will be capped at that limit without further notice.

acd4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire platform. The following self-management tools are available to all Members at no charge via the Account dashboard, without requiring contact with the support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the total amount that may be deposited. Limits take effect immediately and can only be lowered in real time; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the total amount that may be lost across all wagers. When a limit is reached, no further wagers are permitted until the relevant period resets.
• Session Timers: Define a maximum continuous session duration. acd4d will issue a reminder notification when the limit is reached and may optionally log the Member out upon expiry.
• Take a Break: Suspend access to the Account for a fixed period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. No deposits, wagers, or logins are permitted during a take-a-break period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently close the Account. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are irrevocable for the duration of the selected exclusion period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the acd4d Platform. Violation of any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to interact with the Platform in any way that simulates or replaces human play.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any part of the Platform.
• Introducing malware, viruses, denial-of-service attacks, or any other malicious code or activity that disrupts or damages the Platform or its infrastructure.
• Colluding with other Members to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional mechanics.
• Using the Platform to launder money or otherwise engage in financial crime. acd4d cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in investigations relating to money laundering and financial fraud.
• Providing false or misleading information at any stage of the registration, KYC, or customer support process.
• Accessing or attempting to access another Member's Account without their explicit authorisation.
• Engaging in any conduct that acd4d reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or harassing toward support staff or other Members.

All content on the acd4d Platform — including but not limited to the acd4d brand name, logo, design, layout, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of acd4d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No element of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used in any commercial context without prior written permission from acd4d.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft remains the intellectual property of the respective studio. Access to game content via the acd4d Platform constitutes a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use only.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, acd4d's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

acd4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, loss of anticipated winnings, or interruption of access to the Platform. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — and even if acd4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

acd4d does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance windows, unexpected outages, third-party infrastructure failures, and force majeure events may cause temporary interruptions to service. acd4d will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible in such circumstances but accepts no liability for loss resulting from service interruptions.

acd4d processes Member personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference and is available at acd4d.net/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its current form.

Personal data collected during registration, KYC, financial transactions, and platform use is processed for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and — where consent has been given — direct marketing. acd4d does not sell Member personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers who are contractually bound to process it solely for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.

All data transmitted between your device and the acd4d Platform is encrypted using industry-standard 256-bit SSL/TLS technology. acd4d maintains comprehensive internal data security protocols and conducts regular security audits to protect Member data against unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss.

13.1 — Termination by acd4d

acd4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; provision of false or misleading information; or at acd4d's reasonable discretion in response to risk management requirements. Where an Account is closed by acd4d without cause, any verified real-money Wallet balance will be returned to the Member's registered payment method within 5 business days.

13.2 — Termination by Member

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the acd4d 24/7 live chat support team. Prior to Account closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Any active Bonus Funds at the time of Account closure will be forfeited. acd4d will confirm Account closure in writing via the registered email address within 2 business days of a valid closure request.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law, as applied by acd4d's regulatory jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute, Members are encouraged to contact acd4d's support team in the first instance via the 24/7 live chat service. acd4d commits to investigating all formal complaints within 5 business days and providing a written response to the registered email address on the Account. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage without the need for further escalation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process within 30 calendar days, either party may refer the matter to a mutually agreed independent arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

acd4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where the amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects Member rights or obligations — acd4d will provide at least 7 calendar days' notice via a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by email to registered Members.

Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections, clarifications, or minor formatting changes) may take effect immediately without prior notice. The version date displayed at the top of this document reflects the most recent amendment. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions each time you access the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after an amendment has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
